As part of the National Capital's Winterlude celebrations, Nora, among a collection of other local artists, displayed her work to the thousands of skaters that brave the Rideau Canal Skateway each February. It made for a fun and frosty adventure with colourful artworks illuminating the canal walls.The experience was successful and valuable for everyone involved.
